Menu A: Poultry & White Meat

• Starter: Foie gras canapé & apple pie mosaic with marmalade
• Main: Herb-crusted chicken breast on Aivar bed, vegetable tartlet, cheddar cheese, porcini mushroom sauce, balsamic broccoli roses with almonds
• Dessert: Cheesecake with white chocolate & strawberry coulis, Tokaji vanilla foam infusion, mint crisps

Menu B: Vegetarian

• Starter: Beetroot guacamole mousse, focaccia, and apple pie mosaic with marmalade
• Main: Lentil and rice galette with vegetable tartlet, cheddar cheese, porcini mushroom sauce, balsamic broccoli roses with almonds
• Dessert: Cheesecake with white chocolate & strawberry coulis, Tokaji vanilla foam infusion, mint crisps
