The ground operation behind the event
A match day has no slack in it. The squad leaves the hotel on the minute, officials travel on their own schedule, the broadcast crew has to be at the venue hours before anyone else — and none of it can queue behind the rest. Pickup Hungary runs that whole ground operation, from the airport stand to the stadium gate, for clubs, federations, agencies and rights holders working in Hungary.
We have dispatched over 100 vehicles in a single day, coordinated fleets across four private jet terminals, and moved 600 guests across one race weekend by road and by helicopter. The same team plans the movement order, briefs every driver, and stands on site while it runs.

For a single fixture, two to four weeks is comfortable. For a tournament, a race weekend or anything needing 20+ vehicles, talk to us as early as you have dates — during major events in Budapest the coach fleet across the whole city gets committed months out.
Yes. Send us the venue access plan, accreditation list and closed-road map, and we brief the drivers against it. Our drivers stay on the same event for its whole run, so they learn the access routes and the media entrance once and then know them.
