Helicopter flight times for 2026: Friday: 08:00 - 20:00, Saturday: 08:00 - 20:00, Sunday: 08:00 - 15:00 and 17:00-20:00. This year our fleet of Aerospatiale AS355, Bell 206 JetRanger, Bell 427 and Robinson R44 helicopters will be operating from Budapest, Buda riverside heliport which is located just 5 minutes drive from downtown by the Danube river. All passengers will be allocated precise departure times in each direction to eliminate delays. The earlier you book, the greater the choice of flight times in each direction. Pickup location for helicopter is Buda Riverside Heliport, which is easily accessible from downtown Budapest.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. If you cancel your transfer by June 3, 2026, you will receive a 100% refund. From June 4, 2026, to July 4, 2026, we offer a 50% refund. From July 4, 2026, onward, no refund can be provided. In the event of a Formula 1 race cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances like COVID-19, we will provide a 100% refund. Modification requests (change of time, pickup/drop-off address) are accommodated free of charge if submitted at least 3 days prior to the transfer service.
