Race Weekend Flight Times (2026)

Charter flights operate throughout the Grand Prix weekend within these hours:

• Friday, 24 July: 08:00 – 20:00
• Saturday, 25 July: 08:00 – 20:00
• Sunday, 26 July (Race Day): 08:00 – 15:00 and 17:00 – 20:00

Sunday post-race is the single busiest, most congested slot of the weekend. For that window we operate the twin-engine EC145 only – capacity is very limited, so book early.

Good to Know

Fly on your own schedule

You choose your departure and return times within the weekend operating hours – no fixed slots or waiting lists. We confirm slot availability with your quote.

Safety comes first

If we cannot fly safely, we reschedule to the next available slot in the weekend at no extra cost, or refund the affected leg in full if no slot works.

Payment

We secure your slot at no cost on email confirmation; payment is due before the flight. Pay online by card in advance, by bank transfer, or by invoice – cash is also accepted.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the flight. After that, 50% is forfeited. Depending on your booking, custom terms can be agreed.
